Lips First apply Bella Pierre vanilla bean lip stick base. Then, using a lip brush, dip into the desired colour pigment and apply to the lip. Nails Using clear nail polish, dip brush into the polish, then into the desired colour pigment powder and paint on nails. Polish may also be mixed in a seperate con-colored nail polish to change it's shade.
